We have been repairing osmosis damage to fiberglass since 1998 and have the expertise and equipment to carry out professional repairs. We can carry out simple isolated Osmosis blistering work through to complete hull repairs involving hull planning, monitoring of the drying out process aided by the use of our specialised ‘HotVac’ machine, relaying new fiberglass layers using Vinyl Ester resigns, epoxy fairing, applying epoxy paint protective layers, and finally completing the job with antifouling.
Mobile Shed to keep your vessel dry, if required.
If required, we can use a mobile work shed to protect your vessel from the rain while carrying out osmosis repairs. If you have an osmosis problem, we can talk you through the repair process and provide you with a full costing.
